My primary sources are Whole Foods, Henry's, Trader Joe's and Farmer's Market to find fresh and tasty food.

I use mainly fresh fruits and vegetables.
No trans-fat.
I like to provide variety.
We stay hydrated through out the day with bottled water.

* - For picky eaters - don't worry.  I have met with the worst of them and all have survivied!  I will make sure that they have something nutritious that they WILL eat throughout the day.  We will work together to see what works.

The following menus are examples of an average day.
* - I have found that the picky eater eventually joins the more "wide-range" eater.
